The completion ceremony of YTO diesel engine intelligent production line was held on Jan.12, marking another important step of YTO Group in intelligent manufacturing technology and industrial upgrading.

It is recorded that YTO has invested a total of 480 million yuan in intelligent manufacturing of diesel engines in recent years. 6 intelligent production lines have been put into operation, including YTN3 cylinder head production line, assembly line, hot test line, painting line and so on. Each line takes MES system as the core, and the whole process of manufacturing is intelligent, digital and automatic, which lays a solid foundation for the quality improvement of YTO diesel engine. After the new intelligent line is fully put into operation, YTO has the leading diesel intelligent manufacturing capability and a complete core automatic testing system.

In the future, YTO will make full use of new technologies and new production lines to improve efficiency and quality, creating more powerful, efficient, high-quality, economic and environmental protection engines for users.

Wei Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of YTO and General Manager of First Tractor Company Limited, together with You Hai, General Manager of YTO Diesel Engine Company and Zhao Aiguo, Chairman of Jiangsu Liance Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. cut the ribbon on the ceremony. After that the participants visited the new intelligent line.
