On Feb.6, the first China-Europe international container freight train from Luoyang to Moscow was sent out at the YTO (Luoyang) International land port, which was the only international freight train directly to Russia in Henan Province.

On Mar.8, Zhang Shuguang, vice governor of Anhui Provincial People's Government and Party member, visited YTO Group. Some issues were discussed on the conference: the promotion and application of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment, the construction of innovation platforms, the research and development of agricultural machinery and equipment in hilly and mountainous areas, the mechanization of special cash crops and so on. YTO held the mid-year meeting 2022 on Jul.20. Liu Jiguo, Party Chief of YTO Group, Chairman and General Manager of First Tractor Company Limited, made the work report on "Perseverance and Precision, and Strive for High-quality Development of Enterprises".

In July, the first YTO 220-horsepower hybrid tractor rolled off the assembly line. It was not only the phased achievements of the National Key Laboratory of Tractor Power System, but also a key task for YTO to build original technology base in the field of agricultural machinery in China. It created conditions for enhancing our country’s supply capacity of high-end agricultural machinery and equipment.

In mid-August, YTO issued a new product - 50-80 HP hilly mountain wheeled tractor. This product was of great significance for agricultural production in hilly and mountainous areas, guaranteeing "Chinese rice bowl containing Chinese grain".

On Oct.21, YTO agricultural machinery data platform and the national non-road mobile machinery emission supervision platform have been successfully coordinated. YTO National IV Tractor have met the data docking and transmission requirements of the non-road National IV regulations and was officially accessed in the national platform.

In October, YTO advanced practice of "driving small and medium-sized enterprises integration into the industrial chain on the cloud" was selected into the "Typical Model Case Collection of Large, small and medium-sized Enterprises Integration Innovation (2022)" released by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and would be promoted nationwide as a typical experience.

On Nov.19, "Dialogue: the Foundation of Agriculture” was broadcast on CCTV 2. Zhang Xiaolun, Party Chief and Chairman of SINOMACH, and Li Xiaoyu, Chairman of YTO Group, appeared on the CCTV stage and introduced the practice and exploration of YTO to improve the level of agricultural machinery equipment and escort national food security, showing the glory and dream of YTO.

YTO tractor and YTO rotary tiller were both awarded at the 14th "National Agricultural Machinery User Satisfaction Brand " award ceremony in November.

The project of "Key Common Test Technology and Standard System of Tractor Power System", with Luoyang Tractor Research Institute Co., LTD., Xiyuan Company as the main participating units, won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Category of Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award 2022 in November.

On Jan.5，YTO held a review conference on community-level Party construction work in 2017. Party Branch Secretary of the 8 units reported on their work.

YTO Working Conference 2018 and the second session of the 17th Workers' Congress was held on Jan.5-6. The meeting thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, fully implemented the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the SINOMACH working conference, and promoted the company to accelerate the transformation and upgrading to improve the quality and efficiency.

YTO working group of ice and snow equipment project was established on Mar.1. It is a favorable opportunity for YTO because of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. It’s also a good opportunity to participate in and promote the development of snow and ice equipment industry project of SINOMACH Group, and further effectively activate the resources of YTO industrial park in Heilongjiang province.

The first maker space in YTO was founded on Aug.15. Maker space takes the vehicle electronic control system of tractor as its research direction, mainly providing solutions for the whole vehicle electronic control system of intelligent agricultural machinery.

On Aug.22, the project of "Green Technology Upgrading and Transformation of YTO Casting System" was completed and passed the acceptance. It is the state key industry revitalization and technological renovation project, jointly funded by SINOMACH, the central finance department and YTO, has completed the construction investment of 243.94 million yuan.

On Aug.29, the first batch of agricultural equipment departure ceremony (from Luoyang to Bukhara agricultural complex industrial park) was held in YTO. 20 sets of supporting agricultural equipment, including mung bean harvester, tractor and agricultural tools, would be shipped from YTO to Bukhara, Uzbekistan via Horgos port in Xinjiang province.

Li Peigen, Zheng Yuguo, Yin Zeyong and other more than 10 academicians and experts of the Chinese Academy of Engineering went to YTO for investigation and research. They helped the enterprise improve their innovation ability and boost their quality and efficiency through in-depth consulting, docking and precise service.

YTO unmanned tractors matched the drills operation for the first time at field presentation on agricultural machinery and arts in Xianyang City, Shanxi Province, which demonstrated YTO unmanned tractors have the ability to automatically control a variety of farm tools.

On Seven Stars Farm in Jiansanjiang, while watching rice field harvesting by the YTO harvester, Xi Jinping had a cordial talk with the farm staff. YTO KC100/65/80 drive shaft assembly/steering hydraulic cylinder and YTO KC125 drive axle wins "Parts Quality Award".

On Nov.5, YTO (France) Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. attended the first China International Import Expo in the National Exhibition Center in Shanghai. Its high-end intelligent products such as the power train, power shift assembly, PTO (power output) assembly got a lot of attention.

A train with fifty carriages of YTO large tractors headed for Qingdao Port from Luoyang inland port multimodal transport logistics center. From Qingdao, the tractors will be shipped to South America.

The two projects of "LF904/LF954/LF904-C/LF954-C Wheeled Tractor" and "Key Technology of Intelligent Precision Forging Production Line" declared by YTO won the second prize of Agricultural Machinery Science and Technology Award in 2018.

The project of "New Intelligent Manufacturing Application in New Wheeled Tractor" undertaken by YTO has passed the completion acceptance organized by Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Department of Finance. The project, with a total investment of 210 million yuan, aims to build the first large-scale intelligent manufacturing plant in China’s agricultural machinery industry.

YTO held the leading cadre announcement conference. According to the arrangements of the SINOMACH Group, Zhao Yanshui will no longer hold the post of General Manager of YTO.

On Dec.10, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) experts from Ricardo headquarters came to YTO research institute for technical exchange. The two sides had in-depth exchange on the development of diesel engine cooling system and combustion system.

　　On Oct.11, the unveiling of Common rail product of YTO and Bosch Group was held in YTO Group. The new product uses high pressure common rail diesel engine jointly designed by YTO and Bosch, making the tractor more sufficient working, more environmental friendly and more comfortable operation.

　　On Oct.19, Happiness 10, YTO staff service center officially started. It is good practice to innovate staff service system of YTO labor union in new situation.

　　On Oct.26, China international agricultural machinery exhibition 2017 was held in Wuhan international exhibition hall. 37 YTO products appeared and YTO gained a lot of prize in the industry. YTO Group got annual excellent enterprise prize. YTO－LF954-C tractor and YTO－LR-6M3Z engine got the product gold medals. YTO－LR-6M3Z national Ⅲ engine got the market performance prize. YTO 14 clutch assembly got excellent parts prize.

　　On Oct.26, Agricultural Brain, the first China agricultural industry artificial intelligence engineering started in Wuhan. YTO is the brain’s first customer.

　　On Oct.31, the 35th Cuba international commerce exhibition was held in Havana international exhibition hall. YTO, on behalf of Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises, took part in the activity. YTO products included rice harvester, 10 models of tractor and many kinds of machines and tools.

　　On Nov.6, Luoyang-Central Asia international container train started to run in YTO railway marshalling yard.

　　In early November, more than 80 caterpillar tractors exported overseas. It is the first foreign order after YTO two main factories emerged.

　　During Nov.12-18, YTO-LF2204, the best powershift tractor appeared on Hanover agricultural machinery exhibition in Germany.It is the first time for YTO powershift tractor to take part in the biggest international exhibition. The model is national Ⅳ with independent intellectual property and has reached the world’s advanced level.

　　On Nov.16, agricultural machinery intelligent manufacture pilot exchange meeting 2017 was held in YTO. YTO Group and other agricultural machinery enterprises attended the meeting. They talked about popularization and application of intelligent manufacture in agricultural machinery areas.

　　On Nov.20, 8 projects including YTO－LF1004/LF1104/LF1004-C/LF1104-C wheeled tractor passed appraisal of China institute of mechanical engineering. 2 projects has reached international level and 6 projects has reached domestic leading level.

　　On Nov.21, YTO intelligent cockpit digital factory officially started to production.

　　On Dec.11, YTO project of LF power-shift tractor research and industrialization passed the appraisal of Science and Technology Department of Henan province. This project has 7 new products, 3 achievements, 4 standards, 18 patents and 2 provincial prizes.

　　In the mid December, 9 kinds of YTO garbage truck got the China energy conservation certificate and were selected as energy conservation products of government procurement list.

　　China agricultural machinery industry annual meeting was held on Jan.6. YTO becomes the third group of enterprises in agricultural machinery 1688 website specialty stores at JD.com.

　　On Mar.5, YTO chairman Zhao Yanshui came to Beijing to attend the NPC and he was interviewed by Xihua website.

　　On Mar.7, the research group of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology visited YTO and conducted special research on two integration and intelligent plant.

　　On Mar.10-12, international agricultural machinery and parts and components exhibition 2016 was held in Zhengzhou. More than 400 agricultural machinery enterprises at home and abroad attended the exhibition.

　　On Apr.21, tractor power system national key laboratory was established in YTO, marking the first national key laboratory in tractor industry officially running.

　　On May.18, Philip bassoon received the key to YTO-LF1504 power-shift tractor from Wang Erlong, Party Chief of YTO in an agricultural machinery exhibition in South Africa, which means YTO tractors of independent intelligent property go abroad and make breakthrough in key markets.

　　On Jun.3, stepless speed change heavy tractor YTO-LW4004 was shown on the 12th Five-Year Plan national science and technology achievements exhibition. Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Zhang Dejiang, Yu Zhengsheng, Liu Yunshan, Wang Qishan visited the exhibition. It is the first public appearance of  YTO-LW4004.

　　On Jun.15, one belt one road global interviewing group consisting of more than 60 medium and 30 reporters visited YTO.

　　After Funing and Sheyang in Yancheng city in Jiangsu province were hit by tornado and haistone at about 3p.m. on Jun.23, YTO immediately sent two engines to the disaster areas to help recover power.

　　On Jul.12, Cuban ambassador to China Alberto Blanco Silva visited YTO, talking with Zhao Yanshui, Wang Erlong, Wang Kejun and other YTO leaders.

　　On Jul.20, Fortune,the global authoritative financial magazine issued the top500 Chinese enterprises 2016. YTO is the only one listed company in Luoyang with its place of 495.

　　Increasing capital and expanding share signing ceremony of Luoyang Zhongshou Company was held on Aug.10. The company is no longer the wholly-owned subsidiary of Modern Agricultural Machinery Company. YTO becomes its holding company with 65% share.

　　At late August, -SG604G/600G,two YTO 60 horsepower new garden models rolled off the production line. They are especially designed for garden working and are useful fillers of a gap in the market.

　　On Sep.14, YTO and metal institute of CAS signed a science and technology cooperation framework agreement in Shenyang.　　 

　　On Sep.25, YTO Chairman Zhao Yanshui and Cuba Metallurgy Group president Gonzalo signed the letter of intent about the Cuba agricultural machinery industrial park cooperative construction in Havana.

　　On Oct.28-30, International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2014 was held in Wuhan international exhibition center. 4 YTO LF series tractors equipped with power-shift transmissions system produced in YTO France Company made their debut.

　　In August, Qinglongshan farm in Heilongjiang province encountered heavy rainfall. To protect the farm, 252 YTO tractor were sent to Helongjiang to strengthen the levees. YTO support center was built and was the first one of large-scale enterprise in Luoyang,    

　　In late August, the new models of 45 YTO-LF2204&YTO-LZ2204 were in the producing schedule in YTO final assembly line.

　　On Sep.24, YTO and JIYUN signed the strategical cooperation framework agreement, reaching an agreement on agricultural machinery finance lease.

　　On Oct.26-28, YTO—LF2204/904 were showed on the International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2013 in Qingdao city. YTO—LF2204 was awarded the Excellent Product Prize.

　　In late October, the project of e-commerce and supply chain informatization improvement applied by YTO and SINOMRCH, was selected as one of 2013 pilot projects of e-commerce integrated innovation in China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.YTO was the only one of all companies affiliated to SINOMRCH.

　　On Nov.5, during the visit to Heilongjiang province, Premier Li Keqiang investigated the agricultural production in Hongqi village, Fuyuan county, Jiamusi city. Li had a cordial talk with farmers in YTO-1804,which was working on the field.

　　In the middle of November,the new drive axle laboratory which the Axle Company invested 8,000,000 yuan was put to use. This laboratory is the first one in the industry, marking the independent experiment ability of the Axle Company. The senior technician Wang Feng is the first worker expert who enjoys the state council special allowance.

　　On Nov.29, YTO science and technology cooperation base of tractor key technology was awarded international science and technology cooperation base by China’s Ministry of Science and Technology. YTO project of high-power wheeled tractor standard complex passed appraisal by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Henan province.

　　In November, YTO 3 projects was awarded Science and Technology Prize 2013 in SINOMRCH. YTO-LX2004/2204 got the second prize; electronic control offline equipment in the final assembly line of wheeled tractor and YTO-S6TA/4 engine got third prize.

　　On Dec.5, senior seminar of new technology and material in tractor research and manufacture was held in YTO. The two projects of YTO-LY1004/LY1104/LY1100 wheeled tractor and YTO-LZ2704/LZ2404 wheeled tractor have passed scientific appraisal by Henan province.

　　In the 4th “Intensive Farming Cup” anniversary of agricultural machinery industry on Dec.9, YTO chairman Zhan Yanshui was awarded 10 Big Figures in agricultural machinery industry 2013, and YTO got one of 10 popular brand in customers.

April 27, signed long term strategic cooperation agreement with Caterpillar regarding the forge business, the YTO First Tractor Forge Plant was successfully promoted as the First Rate supplier of sprocket business.

In May, First Tractor takes over 86.82% stock equity rights of YTO (Luoyang) Forklift Co. Ltd. from its share holder YTO GROUP CORPORATION and 100% stock rights of YTO INTERNATIONAL, LTD. and the remaining stocks namely 13.18% stock rights of YTO (Luoyang) Forklift Co. Ltd. from the 37 natural person investors.

May 8, the first automatic 125 MN hot die forging press production line of China was officially completed and put into production in YTO GROUP.

May 15, YTO volunteer team of disaster relief consisting of 25 volunteers rushed to the front of Sichuan earthquake-stricken area from Luoyang.

Jan 10 to 17, YTO brand was publicized and listed in the top rank among 11 brands of agricultural machinery (tractor, combine harvester), namely “2006 brands of the highest competitive force in the market” by the Ministry of Commerce. It is an award to YTO brand after China Top Brand won in 2006 awarded by the national authoritative department.

Mar 30, YTO-C1602, China first unit hi-powered crawler tractor was successfully developed, filling the vacancy of track tractors in the power range of 160-200 hp of China for years.

June 10, the opening and founding ceremony for the entry of YTO GROUP Industrial Park into Luoyang Industrial Park, Henan was held. The project investment capital is 1.7 billion RMB Yuan, it is one of the key projects in important decision-making matters of Luoyang City namely “propelling the new type industrial city and advanced manufacturing base with endeavor”, “Be the Forerunner in the Rise Movement of China Central Plains (Henan)”, here will gather the hi-powered wheeled tractors, road rollers, heavy duty diesel engines, axles, numeric control machine tools and the complete industries.

June 1, the Diesel Engine Technical Reconstruction Project funded by national bonds successfully passed the acceptance test by the Acceptance Committee consisting of the National Development and Restructuring Commission.

In July, the order of China export of 1000 YTO hi-powered tractors to Zimbabwe was finally concluded, it is so far the biggest export order for hi-powered tractors in China.

Morning July 16, YTO GROUP CORPORATION and local government of Urumqi Hi/New Tech Development Zone held the signing ceremony of YTO (Xinjiang) Agricultural Machinery Facility Investment Project.

Dec. 4, 10 units of YTO-704 machine sets were fixed as the award vehicles for “All China Food Production Pace-setters” at the All-China Agriculture Work Conference by Agricultural Mechanization Management Division of Ministry of Agriculture.

Mar. 9, 1 unit YTO-354 tractor was dispatched to Taiwan after passing the inspection of Luoyang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, which is the first YTO tractor sold in the China “Treasure Island”.

April, 530 units of YTO hi-powered tractors were exported to Venezuela entered new epoch of export of hi-power tractors abroad.
