On Oct.26, YTO-HB2204, a hybrid new model was launched at China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2023 in Wuhan city, Hubei province.

HB2204 is a new energy product independently developed by YTO, which marks  an important new step of YTO in high-horsepower advanced intelligent tractors. After the performance tests and field operation verification, now the model has already met the conditions of mass production and market demand.

In recent years, YTO has actively undertaken the task of high-end agricultural machinery in China, promoting intelligent transformation with digitalization. More models of YTO hybrid tractors will be introduced to the market in the future. “YTO will continue to practice the role of central enterprises, adhere to innovation-driven, take the initiative to strive for the development of China's agricultural modernization”, said by Wei Tao, deputy secretary of YTO party committee and general manager of YTO.

Wang Dongqing, Sinomach chief expert of and YTO deputy chief engineer introduced YTO-HB2204 in the conference. “HB2204 is the first 220 HP hybrid tractor independently developed by YTO. It is mainly used for deep ploughing, deep easing, joint land preparation and transportation in large farms. It can carry out intelligent joint and cooperative operation with other agricultural machinery, with efficient operation, accurate control, comfortable operation and clean emission. Its successful research and development marks a breakthrough in the key technology of  the hybrid tractor, which will greatly help the innovation and development of China's large agricultural equipment, and provide better equipment support for ensuring national food security and the construction of an agricultural powerful country”, said by Wang Dongqing.

After the launch ceremony, leaders, guests, and audiences all came together, feeling HB2204’s charm in a “intimate” way.
