YTO Xue Zhifei model workers innovation studio was on the list of the third batch of "national model workers and craftsmen talent innovation studios" named by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions recently.

Established in 2015, the studio was leaded by Xue Zhifei, a model worker in YTO research institute, with 13 members. In the past years, they has successively finished the commercialization research and development of 6 series and 20 varieties of YTO power shift tractors. The great achievements break the technological monopoly of international agricultural machinery giants, and lead the technological development of China's agricultural machinery industry.

 Up to now, the studio has won 3 Science and Technology Progress Awards and 7 Science and Technology Achievements of Henan Province, 5 Science and Technology Awards of SINOMACH, 3 Science and Technology Awards of Agricultural Machinery, and 35 national patents.
