Beginning of fall, Uzbekistan Government Procurement Project of 2013, 100 units YTO- C1402 crawler tractors were packaged and departed from Luoyang Port. It is the largest crawler tractor export project of the year, it symbolizes the volume entry of brand new crawler tractors of 140 hp into international market.
Uzbekistan is the important agricultural country of Central Asia, it has succeeded the features of high machinery standards of former Soviet Union. Currently, crawler tractors have a big population in their market. Uzbekistan has initiated the integrated procurement project of crawler tractors in order to accelerate the product generation upgrade since this year, YTO crawler tractors were finally selected by them through the all-oriented comparison of different brands of world track tractors.
At the 2nd half of 2013, the governmental technological delegation of Uzbek came to YTO Luoyang HQ, visited YTO production site and R&D center, testing center, they have made a strict on-site survey and in-depth technical proposal comparison. Through a series evaluation, the order is focused on YTO-C1402 Crawler Tractors.
After obtaining the intention of this order, YTO GROUP has made a series of adaptative optimization to existing YTO products based on the implements and operation criteria proposed by Uzbek, local climate and realistic work conditions, added some special purpose units, and have forwarded the Russian Operation Manual and Documentations.
According to the technical engineers, the YTO-C1402 Crawler Tractors uses wet steering clutch, which gives a better solution to the over heat of clutch in semi-clutching status under hi-speed of hi-powered tractors, the service life of friction disc is greatly extended. It uses engagement sleeve gear shift, 8F and 4R, of which, forwarding speed is between 3.9～13.6km/hr, the reverse speed in range of 4.44～7.74 km/hr, the operation speeds are rationally distributed, which has increased the site transfer efficiency and machine set working efficiency. The model has big traction force, small ground contact pressure, wide range of speed, wide range of implements, strong adaptability of land form, good selection of rubber tracks, it can satisfy the tillage, harrowing, sowing, harvesting, combined cultivation, and field hydrological and earth moving applications in large and medium size farms.
The export of new model, hi-powered crawler tractors is undoubtedly the significant achievements for YTO GROUP to open international market of crawler tractors. Currently, YTO has the product technological platform of full range of crawler tractors from 40 to 200 hp. Spring of 2013, YTO has successfully developed the 200 hp rubber track crawler tractors, and has pushed the products to a higher level.
