Morning of Sept. 24, 2013, First Tractor Co. Ltd. held strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Jiyun Group Co. Ltd. regarding agricultural machinery financing and leasing cooperation. Mr. Wu Yong, Vice President of YTO GROUP CORPORATION as well as CPC Secretary of First Tractor Co. Ltd. and Yao Weidong, Chief Accountant of First Tractor Co. Ltd. and Mr. Zhu Weijiang, Vice President of First Tractor Co. Ltd. and Mr. Liu Xiankao, Chairman of Jiyun Group Co., Zhao Liudong, Vice Chairman of Jiyun participated this signing ceremony.
Jiyun Group co. is said to be the private incorporated stock co. approved by the China Administration of Industry and Commerce, it is approved as the experimental enterprise for interior capital financing and leasing by the State Ministry of Commerce and General Tax Administration of China in 2011. At the beginning of 1980s, Liu Xiankao, farmer in Xibaipo, Hebei Province developed his transport business through one truck, his scope of business was expanded step by step, now it is a comprehensive enterprise group integrating financing & leasing, vehicle leasing, cargo transport, railroad dispatching and transport, catering and hotel, tourism industry and etc., its range of business was widely extended to over 20 provinces and cities e.g. Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan and etc., with over 180 daughter companies, with over 2500 different models of heavy duty trucks.
Both sides first play the videos of each at the ceremony, secondly, Wu Yong presented the basic conditions of First Tractor Co. Ltd., he stated, as a veteran farm machinery producer, YTO GROUP get benefited from the State agricultural policy. Since this year, the market competition is becoming much fiercer. Both companies explore the ways to pull up the power of purchase of customers through the financing and leasing. We believe it can push forward the development of agriculture, farmers and village through the bilateral cooperation.
Mr. liu Xiankao stated, he originated from a farmer, had been the agricultural production team leader and had profound feelings to the farmers. For years, Jiyun Group Co. has been exploring the ways to push the product upgrading and transformation of industries through the use of financing instruments, so as to enable the wealth-growing of the giant farmer collectives. The cooperation with YTO GROUP has meant the Jiyun Group has made a realistic step in practicing policies of farmers, agriculture and village.
